It is a certified insulating glass, more commonly known as double glazing (or double pane, and increasing triple glazing/pane). It consists of two or three glass window panes separated by a vacuum or gas filled space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building envelope which eventually builds an integrated heating system. The specialty of this glass is that it has anti-fog agents thus it prevents the condensation of water in the form of tiny droplets on the surface which conventionally enhances the view, gives a sense of openness to the outside, and brings in the natural light, beauty, and emotions of the sea.
